General Configuration of DQ50-BQ

1. Folding guide Rails: Top drive installation is safe, quick and convenient.

2. Equipped with 360° swivel head rotation function.

3. The pulley adopts a double-wheel structure to avoid single force on the roller and extend the service life of the roller.

4. IBOP Rack and Pinion Drive Mechanism: Ensures precise and accurate switching of IBOP (Internal Blow Off Preventer).

5. Inclined hanging backup tong: Replacing tong teeth and tong teeth seat becomes faster and more convenient.

6. Hydraulic Radiator: Extends the life of the hydraulic system.

7. The internal counterbalance is adopted: which makes the jump safe and stable. No other components are needed to hang the big hook or the traveling carriage, and it can be hung directly.

8. The cross-sectional size of the top drive is small: and it is more suitable for derricks.

General Configuration of DQ50-BQ

1) The main transmission system adopts a AC frequency conversion asynchronous motor, ABB ACS880 AC frequency conversion system.

2) The lubrication system in gear box adopts the combination of splash lubrication and forced lubrication, with a high lubrication efficiency.

4) The Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) is used to control the auxiliary system, which has multi functions such as security interlock, monitoring and alarm to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.

5) The hydraulic system adopts integrated upper mounted structure with high reliability and easy to debugging and maintenance. The hydraulic source is composed of ABB explosion-proof motor and YUKEN hydraulic pump, which only needs to be opened while the operation of tripping, makeup&breakout and directional drilling. There is no need to start the hydraulic pump when drilling, and the hydraulic system is very low heat.
