Short Description:

The high-pressure mud standpipe manifold is a critical fluid control system for oil and gas drilling operations, composed of Z23Y100-5000PSI and Z23Y50-5000PSI mud gate valves, high-pressure spherical unions, tees, high-pressure hoses, elbows, pressure gauges, short sections, and other components. The ground valve group adopts a goose-neck tee structure, featuring compact design, low fluid resistance, and high power efficiency. The rig-side manifold uses a reducing valve spool, enabling direct single-pipe connection for convenient on-site use.

Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated for enhanced performance, the manifold supports quick assembly and disassembly operations. Precision-machined spherical and conical surfaces work with sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing. The gate and seat of Z23Y-5000PSI mud gate valves are overlaid with hard alloy, providing excellent erosion and corrosion resistance, long service life, and low operating torque for easy opening and closing.
Proper maintenance is essential for long-term performance: clean and lubricate sealing surfaces and grooves during installation, check connections regularly, apply calcium-based grease to valves, inspect bolts for looseness, replace seals immediately if leakage occurs, and keep the manifold clean and coated with anti-corrosion paint.
