High-Performance DQ30BQ-VSP Drilling Top Drive

This top drive system is equipped with the world’s smallest and most advanced gearbox reduction design, driven by an AC variable-frequency motor. It is compatible with various truck-mounted drilling rigs such as XJ650 and XJ750, as well as the smallest Russian derricks.

Featuring a super-folding guide rail with a folding rail and integrated guide rail transport frame, the top drive assembly can be installed quickly in only 30 minutes. It is configured with an integrated cable assembly, saddle-integrated mounting plate, and aviation-grade plug connectors for fast connection.

The carriage adopts a tank-track type dual-wheel structure design, which effectively extends the service life of rollers, and is equipped with a 360° swivel head rotation function. The IBOP actuator uses a gear-rack transmission mechanism, enabling precise and accurate opening and closing of the IBOP.

With a tilting suspension back-up tong, the replacement of tong dies and die holders is more time-saving and labor-saving. Adopting an internal-force balancing system, the upward bouncing is safe and stable. It can be directly suspended on either the hook or the traveling block without any additional components.
