The Founction of Elevator Link (single arm)

The Elevator links (single arm) are designed to hang elevators from Top Drive System or Hooks in drilling operation, it is also called elevator bails, drilling links or casing links. Elevator links usually work in pairs. The elevator link upper eye is used for the hook link ear, and the elevator link lower eye is used for the elevator.

It helps in lifting and lowering the drill string into and out of the wellbore safely and
efficiently.easier and more efficient drilling operations, to the drill pipe or drill collar,
providing support and facilitating the transfer of torque and weight during drilling

The single arm weldless link should be used in pairs;
In order to control the quality and keep safe when the links being in use,
we apply strict and comprehensive procedure including forging- machining (rough & finishing) -heat treatment- mechanical
property test-static load test-NDT(MT & UT). With every step conducted by highly trained and qualified staff,
the elevator links are certified with APL-8 C. To date, the Max. length can be produced is up to 15.24m; the Max. tonnage reaches 750 TON
