1.Valve body base
Material: Made of high-strength alloy steel or special stainless steel, surface hardened, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure resistant (maximum working pressure can reach 5000 psi).
Structure: Multi-layer composite flow channel design, optimizing fluid path to reduce pressure loss.
2.Core control valve group
Solenoid reversing valve: Used to control the flow direction of drilling fluid or hydraulic oil, response time <50ms, support remote automation operation.
Pressure regulating valve: Accurately stabilize system pressure, equipped with overload protection function to prevent hydraulic shock.
Check valve/relief valve: Ensure one-way flow and system pressure release to ensure pipeline safety.
3.Sealing assembly
Sealing ring: Made of fluororubber (FKM) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), resistant to extreme temperatures from -40ºC to 200ºC and chemical corrosion.
Dustproof structure: Built-in particle filter to prevent impurities from entering the valve body and causing blockage.
4.Interfaces and connectors
Quick connector: Meets API standards, supports quick plug-in and pull-out of hydraulic lines, and is suitable for pipe diameters from 1/4″ to 1″.
