Top Drive System (TDS) Definition
TDS is innovative drilling equipment driven by suspended electric/hydraulic motors to rotate drill strings, substituting old rotary tables and kelly drives. It raises drilling efficiency, cuts manpower and improves safety. Core parts include main motor, cooling unit, brake, gearbox, rotating head, tilting & counterbalance unit, backup tongs, hydraulic system, guide rails and control cabinet.
DQ30BQ-VSP Top Drive Highlights
It has foldable guide rails for easy installation, a 360° rotating swivel head and dual-wheel pulleys to prolong roller life. Rack-and-pinion IBOP control delivers precise blowout preventer operation. Inclined hanging backup tongs simplify tooth replacement, while a hydraulic radiator protects hydraulic parts. Its built-in counterbalance ensures stable lifting for direct hook mounting, and compact cross-section fits most derricks.
Required Derrick Data
Offer editable derrick drawings with full specs: effective derrick height, model, manufacturer, monkey board height, safe working height, mud hose union type and floor span. Supply dimension-marked crown block bottom drawings, plus single drill pipe length and pipes per stand.
