Varco TDS 110103 501 Ibop Internal Preventer for Drilling Equipment

Short Description:

Top drive IBOP (Internal Blowout Preventer) is the core safety control component of the top drive drilling system. It is mainly used to prevent accidental blowout of high-pressure fluid in the well and to achieve reliable control of the flow direction of drilling fluid.
Part number 110103-500 is specially designed for NOV top drive system, meets API 8C standard specifications, adapts to the dynamic rotation conditions of the top drive spindle, supports a maximum drilling fluid circulation pressure of 70MPa, and is suitable for complex working conditions of ultra-deep wells, high temperature and high pressure wells.
Torque operation: By optimizing the valve core friction pair design, manual low torque opening and closing can still be achieved under a pressure difference of 30MPa, reducing the operating intensity and improving the emergency response efficiency.
Redundant sealing system: Integrated double floating seal structure, double sealing design before and after the valve ensures zero leakage under extreme working conditions, and the sealing material adopts tungsten carbide coating, which increases the wear resistance life by more than 30%.
